摘要:

转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)超家族的信号转导是近年来的研究热点之一。TGF-β超家族的信号分子与受体结合后,激活下游的SMAD蛋白,后者进入细胞核调控特定基因的表达。它们的功能十分复杂,不仅与转化、组织纤维化、肿瘤发生等病生理过程直接相关,而且具有一定的免疫调节功能。实际上,TGF-β超家族信号转导在胚胎发育的调控中亦发挥了至关重要的作用。本文我们重点介绍TGF-β超家族信号转导的特点及其在小鼠早期胚胎发育过程中的作用,以期对人类胚胎发育的研究起到一定的提示作用。

Abstract:

Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) superfamily signaling has been a hot spot in recent years. TGF-β superfamily ligands bind to their receptors which activate SMADs. The SMAD proteins form a complex in the cytoplasm, which enters the nucleus through the nuclear pore complex, regulating the expression of specific genes. TGF-β superfamity signaling has a lot of functions relating to fibrosis, tumorigenesis and immunoregulation. TGF-β superfamily signaling plays a key role in the early development of mice. In this review, the characteristics of TGF-β superfamily signaling pathway are discussed. We focus on how this signaling influences mouse early embryonic development.
